Michael Petrecca is the Chief Revenue Officer and Co-founder of Prudent Financial Solutions and Polaris Business Strategic Advisors. Michael’s career in the Financial Technology sector began in 2015, when he worked as a Financial Consultant at a large financial organization comprising a workforce of over 1,200 people. Michael quickly rose to become the highest performing producer within his organization. He was invited to serve as a member of the internal advisory board that helped streamline processes and drive organizational change.
Prior to Prudent and Polaris, he served as Managing Director at a major funding reverse consolidation fund, where he managed a large sales team and was responsible for driving the revenue and growth of his team. Michael graduated from Providence College with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Accounting. Michael is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association.
John Garcia
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
John Garcia is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Prudent Financial Solutions and Polaris Business Strategic Advisors. John’s career in the financial services sector spans over 20 years. Prior to founding and managing the current entities noted above, John held the title of Vice President of Sales at a large financial organization comprising a workforce of over 1,200 people. During his 12 year tenure at this firm, he was responsible for growing, developing and managing a range of business divisions, including sales, strategy and business development.
Early in his career within this firm, he rose to become a senior member of the leadership team and became a strong contributor to the exponential growth and success of the organization. His most recent experience over the last 4 years with the company was to build, lead and execute the lending division, based in the firm’s New York headquarters. Prior to this experience. John worked at JPMorgan IB as well as Bank of America Capital Markets. John’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan College. John is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association.
Gerard Celmer
Director of Operations
Gerard Celmer is the Director of Operations for Prudent Financial Solutions Inc. In this role, he is instrumental in contributing to the growth of the company by establishing new processes for sales and operations including exploring and opening new channels for lead generation and hiring and training a team of new Negotiators and Client Relationship Managers. Gerard has been in the consumer and commercial debt restructuring industry for 19 years, most recently as Vice President of Partnerships & Corporate Development at National Debt Relief. There, he was responsible for rebuilding the firm’s existing pipeline and identifying new acquisition targets. Prior to that, Gerard headed the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Corporate Turnaround, a commercial debt settlement firm that resettles problem debts for small- to medium-sized businesses. Working in tandem with senior leadership, Gerard successfully partnered with a number of leading FinTech firms, leasing companies and leading commercial collection agencies. He was also responsible for modifying the firm’s client service framework, increasing operational efficiency and improving client experience. Gerard graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. Gerard is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association.
