Responsibilities:

• Create and develop relationships with individuals across the country
• Meet daily metrics and monthly targets to achieve goals
• Manage client/prospect pipeline to maximize opportunities within assigned portfolio

Qualifications:

• A hunger for success, positive attitude, and desire to learn from industry leaders
• Strong active listening skills, empathetic and a consultative ear
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
• Experience using excel and a CRM is a plus
• Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal management skills, be a self-starter who is motivated to become a leader within the team and has had personal success and professional success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
