About the Role

The Client Success Representative (CSR) will collaborate closely with our Client Relationship Managers, the Director of Client Relations, and Managing Partners to ensure we consistently deliver an exceptional client experience.

Your core responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date client-related information, proactively reaching out to clients to update them on their program progress, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and our network of attorneys. As a CSR, you will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in the financial services sector, critical thinking skills, data analysis expertise, and a proactive approach to organizational and operational strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to deliver an optimal client experience.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to keep them updated on their progress throughout the program.
  • Keep track of and organize documents sent out to clients, such as settlement agreements, client agreements, power of attorney, and ACH authorization forms and ensure that all required signatures and information are present.
  • Track and organize documentation sent to clients, ensuring all required signatures and information are obtained.
  • Coordinate with Rise Alliance’s network of attorneys to establish and maintain payment schedules.
  • Enter detailed notes on client files in our CRM system.
  • Escalate any calls to the Client Relationship Manager that require details the CSR does not have access to
  • Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to record and maintain client information.
  • Monitor and ensure timely client payments, communicating and resolving any missed or irregular payments.
  • Provide clear and effective communication with clients, attorneys, and internal departments to uphold high client satisfaction across all channels.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Great attention to detail and follow through on assigned tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding sector.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and building relationships.

Education & Experience

  • Experience in the financial services sector is required.
  • A college degree (Bachelor’s or Associate’s) is preferred but not necessary if the candidate demonstrates equivalent education or experience relevant to the role.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
