Chris Rojas is the Chief Operating Officer at Rise Alliance, where he helps lead the company’s operational strategy with a focus on customer experience, team development, and scalable execution. He brings leadership experience across fintech, banking, payments, and SaaS, with a background spanning both B2B and B2C environments. Over his career, Chris has built service and success teams from the ground up, led global teams, and partnered closely with product, marketing, and operations leaders to create stronger systems and better customer outcomes.
Before joining Rise Alliance, Chris served as Head of U.S. Customer Service at Raisin and previously held a Vice President role at J.P. Morgan. His leadership style is rooted in the belief that great service should be both strategic and human – combining operational discipline, thoughtful process design, and a deep commitment to the people behind the work. At Rise Alliance, he focuses on building the structure, support, and cross-functional alignment needed to help the company scale while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience for the businesses it serves.
