As Client Operations Lead at Rise Alliance, Kerri brings a people-first approach to both client experience and internal team development. Kerri began her career in the finance industry in 2024 as a Client Relationship Manager with Polaris Business Advisors, now Rise Alliance, where she was the organization’s first female hire.

Today, Kerri plays a key role in onboarding and supporting new team members, ensuring they feel confident, connected and set up for success from day one. As the lead for Learning & Development, she is passionate about creating systems and experiences that empower individuals to grow, collaborate and thrive. In her role as Client Operations Lead, the Rise Alliance Associate Business Consultants report directly to her, reflecting her leadership and commitment to team success.

Kerri is driven by building strong relationships, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment and contributing to a culture that values growth and excellence. Her work continues to make a meaningful impact on both client success and the strength of the team behind it.

Before Rise Alliance, Kerri worked as an associate consultant recruiter in the legal and privacy space. Kerri graduated from James Madison University in Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in General Business.
